Shipping Policy and Information
Most items are shipped within 5-7days from receipt of order and payment. However, it is recommended to allow up to three (3) weeks for delivery as some items sell out before a reshipment arrives as well as for ordering for holidays such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's and Father's Day. Please note that Fotowatches does not guarantee a delivery time frame or is responsible for transit time once the order is shipped. Any shipment date quoted is a best estimate only and is not guaranteed. Fotowatches will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
The initial shipment of all orders is via USPS 2-3 Day* Priority Mail with delivery confirmation**. Insurance is offered as an option for an additional fee and must be selected in our shopping cart. Fotowatches is not responsible for items damaged in delivery. Insurance claims for items damaged in shipment where insurance was purchased, must be made by the recipient through the United States Postal Service. Please provide the USPS with all the original packaging including the box in which the item(s) were shipped.

** Delivery confirmation is an method of confirming delivery and does not necessarily provide all progress information during the shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: At Fotowatches.com, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the items ordered, return the product and all original packaging within 30 days of delivery and Fotowatches will fully refund the purchase price of the item(s) Shipping and special service fees are not refundable. If you received free shipping for your order, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met.

A completed Contact Form must be received within 5 days of delivery. Delivery date is the date the USPS scans the package as delivered. Once your return form is received, a reply with further instructions will be emailed . Do not return item(s) until a reply is received from Fotowatches with approval and instructions. Return requests received after 5 days from delivery do not qualify for refund and will only qualify for an exchange (see "Exchanges" below)

Items must not be worn or damaged and be returned with all packaging, in new and resalable condition. Fotowatches is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

Exchanges: PLEASE NOTE: Fotowatches.com is not responsible for errors made in ordering. Because of the personalized nature of our products and the time and labor involved with the construction of each product, additional fees may apply to exchanges and/or photo replacements.
Warranty Information
Fotowatches.com products are warrantied from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the watch movement only, not the crystal, case, band or battery.
Should the watch develop any defect as a result of material or workmanship, please complete the Contact Form to initiate the process of correcting the issue with your watch. Fotowatches, at it's discretion will repair or replace the watch movement. This warranty only applies to the movement and the ability for the watch to keep accurate time and does not cover damage by accident, misuse, tampering, dirt, water, or other abuse of the watch.
Fotowatches.com watches are water resistant from 1ATM to 3ATM's however, no watch can be labeled as water proof. For the longest enjoyment of your Fotowatches.com watch it is highly recommended not to expose or submerse your watch in water. |
