What happens after I place my order and upload my picture?

Once a completed order (order, payment, picture(s)) is received a preview will be generated and emailed to you for approval.

When will I receive my preview?

Usually, previews will be sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of complete order.

Will Fotowatches ship my order without my approval of the preview(s)?

No. To ensure your satisfaction approval of all previews must be received before the order is shipped.

I emailed my approval of the preview. When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3-5 days of receipt of preview approval. During holidays or if your order was large, this range may be extended to 7-10 days.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes. You will receive notice of shipment via email which will included a tracking number. Return to Fotowatches.com and click the Order Tracking link.
