Fotowatches 5 Simple
Steps to ordering your soon to be cherished time piece.
- SHOP:
From our online catalog web pages, choose your
product(s), style(s) and options and add to your Fotowatches shopping
cart.
- CHECK OUT: From the shopping cart web page, complete the
required information, choose your payment option( either pay by credit card
or with check/money order through regular mail) and click "Check
Out". A copy of the invoice of your order will be emailed to the
email address entered in our shopping cart.
- PAY or PRINT: Please enter and submit the
required information with PayPal-our authorized payment processor OR if paying
by check/money order through regular mail, print out the copy of your
invoice that was emailed to you and include with your pictures/payment.
- UPLOAD or MAIL You will be returned to the photo
upload page where you can upload your photo(s) to Fotowatches.com
(or click "Upload Foto" from the upper right navigation menu). Regardless of payment option, you may either upload,
email or send your pictures through regular mail*(see note below)
- ACCEPT: Accept our appreciation and gratitude for your order.
An e-sample of your order will be emailed for your approval prior to
shipping. We
appreciate your patience while we carefully construct your soon to be
treasured timepiece.

IMPORTANT Picture Tips/Info and Instructions
- Ideally, pictures should be bright, clear and at least 300X300
pixels with a resolution of 150-300 dpi. (2100X2100 pixels,
300 dpi for wall clocks) Also, the facial image should be as large as
possible to capture as much detail as possible however the picture should
not be cropped closely to the subjects face in order to avoid placing the
center of the watch on the face unless that is the desired orientation.
- Please rename the picture file with your last name (followed by a number
if uploading more than one picture)
- Regular pictures sent through regular mail will be returned with your
order.
- Please write your name and email address on the back of the picture(s)
- Also, when ordering multiple items with more that one picture, please
specify on the back of order form which picture is to be used with which
item.
- NOTE: Generally, we try to enlarge the face(s) of the pictures as much as
possible without putting the face(s) in the center of the watch dial. If you
have other preferences as to the layout of your picture, please specify in
the comments section on the Upload File web page or include your specifications
with your mail in order form. An E-sample of your order will be emailed to
you for your approval prior to shippment.
Back Order /Special
Order Notices
- We attempt to serve immediate notice when an item is presently out of
stock and on back order from our supplier. Back orders can take up to 3-4
weeks from back order notice date. Back order notices are removed
immediately when the items arrive. We apologized for any inconvenience due
to out of stock and/or back ordered items.
- Special Order items are not kept in stock however, if ordered, your order
would go in with our next reorder from our supplier. We typically reorder
from our supplier every 4-8 weeks. We recommend contacting us to get an
estimated delivery time prior to ordering special order items.
Delivery/Shipping Info
- Most orders are shipped within 5-7 days of receipt of order/payment
however it is recommended to allow up to 3 weeks for delivery in the event a
item is out of stock. While FotoWatches attempts to keep all products in
stock, in some cases a particular item may sell out before a reorder
shipment arrives. Please allow 2-3 weeks for holidays such as Christmas,
Valentines Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
- IMPORTANT: Fotowatches.com uses the U.S. Postal Service for shipping it's
products. All orders are shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION so you may
track your order at US
Postal Service Website A shipment confirmation with tracking
number will be emailed when your order is shipped.
